Cancellation Policy
TO CANCEL AN ORDER YOU HAVE PLACED WITH HECHO LATINO, YOU MUST CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE at customerservice@hecholatino.com , OR BY PHONE AT 1-888- 804-3246. EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO HONOR THE CANCELLATION AS LONG AS THE ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED.
PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE ALL CONTACT INFORMATION INCLUDING ORDER/INVOICE NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL OR BY PHONE.
IF THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED, IT CAN NOT BE CANCELED, BUT CAN BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND, PER OUR REFUND POLICY, LESS THE SHIPPING COST.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, if the items are returned in original condition (including being unworn and unwashed). Fill out the returns form enclosed and send the returns form and the item unworn and unwashed to the address indicated on the returns form.
Customers will receive a refund, less shipping charges. You may ship using the method of your choice. We will process your return when we receive the returned merchandise.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Fill out the returns form enclosed and send the returns form and the item unworn and unwashed, and your exchange request will be processed.

Shipping
Customers will be able to view different shipping options on this site and may use United Parcel Service, United States Postal Service, or Federal Express.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped. Orders will be processed within 3-4 days, depending on availability. Delivery time after shipment will depend on the shipping option selected by the customer; overnight delivery from the date of shipment is normally available.

Hecho Latino is committed to your satisfaction and will gladly refund any item if you are not satisfied, if you comply with the Returns Policy, and if you return the garment unworn or unwashed for a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase, MINUS COST OF SHIPPING .
